Ready to use 1ft Starters for your Estes or any black powder model rocket motors. Requires 1 per launch to ignite your Estes engine. Requires 1 volt or more to fire. In regards to clusters, these can be fired in series or parallel. The Estes E launch controller works great, as do our Alpha system. Standard are 3mm in diameter. They are great for replacing the match that comes with the smaller estes motors. DAP and Loctite make adhesive puttys that work great atholding the starters in the motors.

A customer noted:If these can fit into 1/4A, 1/2A and A3s, they'll fit in any Estes motor as those have the smallest nozzle. They should also fit the Chinese-made Quest A3s, B6s and C6s

Attention for time critical orders! Through a special permit, USPS will allow us to ship BP Rocket Staters by usps ground advantage only. This process is not like priority, and can take 5-10 business days. It does not track, or move on weekends, like priority mail. It will show you an incorrect delivery date and only update when it leaves our local office and arrives at yours. It will not update along the way. Fedex is available, however they will charge an additional $60 hazmat fee to go by ground, and need an adult signature. Check the box in the shopping area below the quantity when ordering.
