When 250 to 300 volts are applied, the E.B.W. creates a large spark that will ignite shock tube. Maximum test current is .04 amps, so you cannot use units that gradually increase voltage. If you are looking for a version that will fire with under 24 volts, see our Low Voltage STI's.
